Signs a co-worker could suddenly 'snap'

Raymond Clark, the man accused in the murder of Yale grad student Annie Le, is back in court later today. That case is bringing the issue of violence at work back to the front burner.

Personnel departments should be trained in spotting strange people during the interview process, that way, these types of people never enter the workplace.

A simple background check can often alert a company to the history of a potential employee.
