Plane scare photos classified

I agree with the Whitehouse. It was a mistake, don't develop the photos, don't publicize them and don't use them in the scrapbook they were planning or whatever. Saying it was a mistake, but then saying, "Oh, but look how pretty they are!" is ignorant. Good job Whitehouse!

So it was all for nothing. More then $320,000 taxpayer dollars wasted, New Yorkers scared, people outraged - all for nothing? Well, at least it was only taxpayer money that was wasted and there's plenty more where that came from.

Keeping it classified does not mean it never happened...interrogation techniques were also classified for years. More of the same? Or is it different because it is a new administration? Sad.

I may sound crazy, but were photos ever actually taken on that day? Where was the photographer that day? Has the media ever spoken to the photographer? Why were photos ever necessary in the 1st place? I find it strange the White House does not want to release these photos now.

I don't believe for a minute this was a Photo-op. Any amateur with Photoshop could have done that. This was probably some test for homeland security – although I can't think of a reason why they would
make up a story about it. For now, it's a whitehouse blunder, one of many to come.

If this Photo-Op was classified as a mistake according to the White House and it was for another purpose, Americans are not going to be told, so why conitnue to waste time with this issue?

I agree with you Neil! COMPLETELY! Whatever our president told us more than likely is NOT even the thruth! If it were, then the photos would be released and dealt with. We may never know the truth! He's just a good actor and speaker! I am tired of STILL having more of the "OLD" practices done by our govt in practice even by this administration! When are the American people going to "WAKE UP" and see this president for what he really is... A manipulator. Gosh....and look at the masses following him! You may ALL feel like fools in the end, while paying back all of the taxpayers money, that he irresponsibly just gave away! Why are Americans so gullable as to believe just about everything that you hear! Since when does our govt ever tell us the truth???
